Refund Policy

At Victoria House, our priority is your satisfaction. If you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions.

Deadlines

  • Product Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days after receipt.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days after receipt.

  • Visible Damage: For items like broken glass or missing parts, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video. After this period, damage will be considered a result of misuse.

Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been modified. Once received and inspected, you may choose to:

  1. Exchange it for another product in stock.

  2. Receive a refund for the product value.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty. To activate it, the customer must provide a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Aesthetic damage after purchase (cracks, scratches, dents).

  • Damage caused by liquids or unauthorized repair attempts.

  • Natural wear and tear (oxidation, battery reduction, etc.).
